Belle Events & Co. (BEC) understands that once a client has secured planning services, they want to dive right in. To do so, BEC starts each client off with a First Steps Call. This call creates the foundation of the planning journey, ensuring both parties are on the same page with the needed support and ideal expectations. Together, both can identify the best communication mediums and clearly outline the next steps with a curated timeline.

In addition, BEC’s clients learn it is a priority to make sure they are listened to and understood. Essential to the success of every event, BEC is an advocate for each client and implements the event’s vision by working in a team setting and collaborating with other vendors.

MEET VICTORIA

Belle Events & Co. founder and Owner, Victoria has an innate talent for event design, planning and execution. Born and raised in California’s Bay Area, Victoria has always had an eye for the big picture.

Connecting with vendors and bringing events to life by piecing small details together remains her specialty. She cares for her clientele and doesn’t just create a moment in time for them; she creates memories that last a lifetime. Her attention to detail, ability to think outside of the box and deep passion for creating events is evident through each party she throws. She amplifies her client’s vision, makes well-thought-out events that are perfectly executed, and leaves a lasting impression on all attendees.
